They remain entirely yours. This site acquires no rights over anything you open in it, takes no copy of it, and could not exercise a right if it had one, since nothing about your photograph reaches anybody who runs this site. Whatever you save is yours to use exactly as the original was.

You are responsible for having the right to edit what you open. A grade applied to somebody else’s photograph is still somebody else’s photograph.

The twenty-four looks are colour transforms written for this site. Use the pictures you make with them for anything you like, commercial work included, with no attribution required and no licence to read. None of them carries a manufacturer’s stock name, and none of them claims to reproduce a named product.

The tool is offered as it is, with no promise that it will work on a given file, a given browser or a given graphics driver, and no promise that the result will be what you expected. Colour is a matter of judgement and a look that suits one photograph will ruin another. Keep your originals — this page never touches them, but it also never gives you a way to get one back.

Nothing here is liable for anything arising from using it, to the extent the law where you are allows that to be said. Where it does not, the liability is limited to the amount you paid to use this site, which is nothing.

There is no rate limit and there could not be one, since no request is made. The only practical limits are your own device’s: a file over 120 MB is declined, and a picture over roughly 100 megapixels is declined with the measured figure named. Scraping the page serves no purpose — the looks are in the code and the code is public the moment you load it.
